Abstract Submission
Please visit the Abstract Submission page where a link to the ISHS website is available.
The deadline for the abstract submission is February 28th, 2011. All submissions will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee and selected for oral or poster presentation. The final decision regarding abstract acceptance and the form of presentation (oral or poster) will be communicated to the corresponding author by April 1st, 2011.
At least one authors of an accepted abstract (oral or poster) should be registered and fully paid up by April 15th, 2011.
Abstracts must not have been published previously and represent original research data. The abstract should be written in English and count no more than 350 words.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation policy for registration
Cancellation requests must be made to the Congress Secretariat in writing. For cancellation received by June 1st, 2011, a refund of the total fee, less €80 as administration charge, will be made.
General cancellation policy
If the conference is cancelled for any reason, IVCHB2011 shall not be held liable for airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred by conference registration.
