The results the results of the joint work the Ukrainian and Bulgarian partners will carry out the comparision of the cultivation condition (temperature, carbon source content concentration in the nutritive media) effect on the biologically active compound content – fructans, flavonoids and others. The correlation between the changing of the parameters of cultivation, biomass increasing rate and biologically active compound content will be investigated as well as the biotechnologically promising clones of cell lines and root cultures will be selected.
