Молекулярна біологія рослин:

• cDNA library screening, gene cloning,
• construction of all types of vectors for transient and stable (trans)gene expression in bacterial, plant, and animal systems,
• analyses of spatiotemporal promoter activity in vivo using GFP and GUS reporter gene system,
• identification and deletion analyses of regulatory elements in promoters,
• isolation and Southern analyses of genomic, chloroplast and mitochondrial DNA, design and synthesis of PCR primers, conventional PCR, RACE-PCR,
• analyses of gene expression (northern blotting, differential display, RT-PCR, etc.) and protein accumulation (AU-PAGE, western blotting and immunodetection, histochemical localization).
